Shipping policy

This Policy explains how Divino Candles(“we”, “our”, “us”) processes, ships and delivers candle orders placed on www.divinocandles.com and other official sales channels within India.

1) Order Processing Time

·         Dispatch window: We pack and hand over most paid orders within 1-3 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).

·         During peak seasons, product launches or force-majeure events, dispatch may extend by 1-2 business days; we’ll communicate any abnormal delay by email/SMS.

2) Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship through leading surface and air-express couriers. Estimated transit times after dispatch:

Actual delivery may vary due to weather, transport strikes, remote pin codes or other courier constraints.

3) Shipping Charges

Shipping is variable and calculated at checkout based on your delivery pin code, order weight/volumetric weight, and courier service selected. A minimum fee of ₹100 applies. COD is unavailable for candles due to their fragile, heat-sensitive nature. Exact charges are shown before you pay.

4) Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once the parcel is scanned by the courier. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hrs to activate.

5) Address Changes & Cancellations

You may update the delivery address or cancel until we mark the order “Ready to Ship.”

After dispatch, address rerouting is subject to courier capability and may attract a surcharge.

6) Undeliverable or Returned-to-Sender Parcels

If the courier cannot deliver after three attempts, or if the address/pin code is incorrect:

The package returns to us automatically.

We’ll contact you to reship (extra freight applies) or refund product value minus forward & return shipping.

7) Delays, Force Majeure & Your Statutory Rights

We aren’t liable for delays beyond our control (natural calamities, lockdowns, strikes, riots, carrier network failures).

However, per Rule 6(3) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, if delivery exceeds the stated schedule and you no longer want the item, you may cancel and claim a full refund.

8) Packaging & Weather Protection

Each candle is bubble-wrapped, boxed, and shipped in a corrugated master carton. In high-heat months (>35 °C) we add insulation pouches to minimise melt or scent loss.

 

9) Serviceable Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable Indian pin codes. International shipping is not available at this time.
