We ship prepaid orders across India to serviceable Indian PIN codes. International shipping is not currently available.

Dispatch

Most orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Peak periods or unexpected events may take longer; we will contact you if there is an unusual delay.

Delivery

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and vary by serviceable PIN code and courier. Tracking details are shared by email or SMS after dispatch.

Shipping and handling

Shipping is free across India on prepaid orders. There is no handling fee.

Payment

Orders must be prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Address changes

For an address correction or cancellation request, contact us before dispatch at info@divinocandles.com or WhatsApp +91 81780 19412. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been handed to the courier.
