We want every Divino order to reach you in the condition and form promised.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misrepresented products

Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery if your order arrives damaged or defective, if you receive the wrong product, or if the product is materially different from its description.

An unboxing video can be helpful, but it is not an absolute condition for receiving support.

How we resolve eligible issues

Where appropriate, we follow a replacement-first approach. If a replacement is unavailable or is not a suitable remedy, we will offer a refund or another remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Handmade products

Many Divino products are handcrafted. Slight variations in colour, texture, floral placement, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade work and are not, by themselves, defects. This does not affect support for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misrepresented.

Change-of-mind requests

For hygiene, safety, and the made-by-hand nature of our products, we generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns once an item has been opened, used, burned, altered, or damaged after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm whether a return is eligible and provide instructions.

Cancellations

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Approved returns and refunds

Do not return a product without our confirmation. If a return is approved, we will share the return instructions. Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
